AFFILIATIONS
Before becoming a Realtor, Joe Lorenzini spent 25 years in construction management and law enforcement. Now as a trusted real estate advisor, Joe is helping his clients achieve their financial goals and dreams in the Real Estate market. As a project manager of a large union-based construction company, Joe managed millions of dollars in various commercial and residential projects and continues to utilize those skills towards his clients’ success.
Joe will tell you that being a law enforcement officer, crisis negotiator, and community liaison has also given him immeasurable training and experience in helping his clients navigate through what can be a difficult yet exciting experience of buying or selling real estate. Joe equally loves the challenges, excitement, and successful results of bringing buyers and sellers together where all involved parties walk away happy at the end of a successful transaction.
Joe’s greatest passion is for his family. He and his wife, Angel have been together since they were high school sweethearts and with two children of their own, He and Angel spend quality family time seeing them compete at the highest level in their chosen sports whether its baseball, softball, soccer or basketball. Joe’s other passion is the many cars he has owned over his lifetime. Admittedly too many to count, but his current prized possession is his Z06.
