A buddy of mine had a great year and decided to help his parents move back to California and be closer to family . In a matter of weeks we were able to secure this home for his parents $60k under the original listing price. Yes you read this correctly. Sixty thousand dollars. We also managed to get a $5k credit to help alleviate some closing costs.
